THE IMPOSSIBLE
Hi! In this text I am going to write a critical commentary about a disaster film called The Impossible. This film is very successful and is interesting peak about it.
To start with The Impossible is a disaster drama directed by Juan Antonio García Bayona. It is based on the experience of María Belón and her family in the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami. The cast includes Naomi Watts, Ewan McGregor and Tom Holland.
Concerning to the director of this film, Juan Antonio. He was born in Barcelona and he grew up with a passion for films. His most successful films are The Impossible and The Orphanage.
To resume, this film consists in a family that travel to Thailand to pass their holidays there. They felt very good but suddenly the tsunami arrived and it busted all the persons and things. All the family members were separated under the water. What will happen?
In conclusion, I have chosen this film because is based in real facts and it transmits you shivers when you see how this family is in really bad conditions. Another positive opinion I have of this film is that it have very good graphics.
